Technology solutions that makes it easier to introduce e-services
Despite all the advantages that e-services offer, they can also be complex and expensive to implement. The main reason for this is that e-services utilize a number of processes, systems and activities within an organization.
This is why we at Heimore Group have developed a framework that makes it easier and more economic to develop safe e-solutions. This framework, which we call ExpressInfrastructure, includes a number of well-defined services based on established and reliable standards that can easily be integrated.
Using these services, we can design a future-oriented e-service solution from the ground up or add new functions to existing e-services. Our work is based on a number of solutions for common e-service functions like portal, authorization, logging that can be implemented in a time frame of only 90 days and to a fixed price.
The nuts and bolts of ExpressInfrastructure
ExpressInrastructure is a framework developed by Heimore Group that makes it easier and more secure to develop e-service solutions. All the solutions in the ExpressInfrastructure family function independently but can also be integrated and used together.
The framework has been developed by key position consultants with a long experience of IT and security solutions. We only use standardized and proven components that guarantee fast development and reliable functionality. Structurally, ExpressInfrastructure is organized in four levels that comprise everything from the physical interface, portal and process functionality to integration and all necessary security functions. You can call it a classic SOA architecture.
Heimore 90-days
A common factor of all the solutions included in ExpressInfrastructure is that they are implemented following a four-phase process that we call Heimore 90-days. The four phases are: Preparation, Establishment, Construction and Handover. During the first phase comprises a start-up meeting where experienced key position consultants go through all the conditions that must be fulfilled in the project. The rest of the process is divided in small increments ensuring that the customer at all times is updated on the progress.
When the process is finished, the personnel can handle the system as well as configure and implement new functions. The solution also includes a support plan where Heimore Group offer support by means of web, e-mail and phone. If required, we can also offer an extended support plan that means that we take full responsibility for the solution round the clock.
